Got through 12 of the WBs at the cap doing ladies's RX. Did this last time in over 17 minutes and I believe that was with JPU. So some improvement. I haven't only been in once in about 2 1/2 weeks so the lungs need to get back. Felt pretty good overall though!
WU: 3x10 @ 65# - I think my shoulders are still fatigued from that swimming WOD on Sunday..

Only my 3rd wod in 3 weeks with all my lazy beach time but it felt good! Definitely improving on these chipper wods and being better at knowing when to break them up & when to push through.
