WU 3x10 @ 55#...then Clayton made me go heavier...so I did 1x10 @60#

Reps...21 @55#,26, 25 = Total 72 reps...

I liked the rest in between each one!

Wu: 185# first two sets, then failed at rep 7 on the third and did 10 at 155#. Ounce you loose your strength in bench press its all down hill.
Wod: 37-45-24=106 rx
