WU: 1RM Push Press 145#. Went for 150#, should have it, as Clayton provided some great tips, but surprised the hell out of my self as the bar flew up and over my head. So I did a Push Press Throw Over! I'll get 150# next time, may still try this week.

WOD: 7:30 with 155# DL, 65# OHS.

I can get 150# Overhead but can not eliminate the second dip. Will get it!

WU: 5x5 10# right arm push press
1 RM 50# left arm push press (PR by #15) It was kind of scary to lift that thing with one arm, over my head but I'm so proud I did it.
