WOD: 12:56... the sprint was more like a shuttle run. Simple but, fun WOD though!

Tried to keep up with Jon H. but that dude is sick with push ups! I am struggling with keeping good push up form so I will be adding that to the bucket list of things I suck at in CrossFit!
