We need an open tester that STARTS with MUs (or at least doesn't leave them until the end).
Got through 2 snatches. Scaled to 30 DUs and used 95# on the barbell movements.

Great Intensity by all this morning. I was so impressed how everybody took the intensity to another level in the final minutes.
Thanks to all the Roosters for making me feel so comfortable being on the 'other side' this morning. Though I wasn't working out, I think I was sweating as much as I normally do!
And you Rob, or as I shall now call you "Unbroken". I honestly didn't think anybody would go unbroken for 5 minutes - that was awesome and very much deserved my 'prize'! Enjoy it!

I'm happy with the improvement. I also did a glide kip on a single bar for the first time prior to the wod. It's not xfit legal bar muscle up but it's a start!

The only change I made was on TTB. Instead of struggling through them. We decided to do half TTB and half K2E). I wound up doing 16 TTB and 24 K2E. But everything else was the same scaling as on 1/2/15.
