Juniors class... Darn auto correct.
Juniors today (Thursday)will be joining 5 p.m. group class.
Sorry for the confusion Sharon. Jrs was at 4pm today however it is being moved to 5pm.

I liked this one a lot but I need much better rowing transitions - lost too much time trying to get everything reset even while simultaneously pulling. I really needed all the cals I could get for that burpee round haha
