4/16/15- Classic Push/Pull

Attention Jr's- class has been moved to 5pm Thursday instead of 4pm!

Set rower for 3 intervals of 2 minutes of rowing and 2 minutes of ""rest.""
During the first rest period, perform max pull-ups; the second rest period, max burpees; and the third rest period, max straight legsit-ups.

Add all reps to calories for each row and post sum to comments.

Sorry for the confusion Sharon. Jrs was at 4pm today however it is being moved to 5pm.

I liked this one a lot but I need much better rowing transitions - lost too much time trying to get everything reset even while simultaneously pulling. I really needed all the cals I could get for that burpee round haha
