"***CHALLENGE*** Death by Cardio: EMOTM 1: Row 2: Bike 3: Burpee 4: 20' shuttle Run 5. Rest *Ex. Start at 7calories and go to 11 by 1’s - Start at 11 and go to 15 by 1's. Players choice start where you'd like and complete 5 total rds adding 1 rep each time. Choose the highest you think you can be successful through each. ••• If you fail to finish a round you complete that round again.
