4-21-08 "Quarter Gone Bad"

Five rounds for total reps of:

135 pound Thruster, 15 seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
50 pound Weighted pull-up, 15 seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
Burpees, 15 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

Finish all 5 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next exercise.
Keep transitions between exercises as quick as possible

*modify where needed

I liked this one. The breaks are just long enough to re-coop! Weighted pull ups really run a toll on your hands!

I felt like I had a lot more for the thrusters, but couldn't move it fast enough.

Edit:

I dropped weight on the Pull-UPs. Forgot that. Went down to 25 lbs. on the 3rd, 4th and 5th set.

Good pump for shoulders, PU w/weight tough, but the GURU is challenging US.

By the time I got to the burpees my arms were pretty tired! Didn't get as many of them as I'd hoped....
