JT does a beatin on your arms. Goodluck trying to hold yourself up when attempting your 2nd and 3rd rounds.

* modify jumping ring dips for regular RD
* Face the wall(hands about 3ft away from wall) and walk your feet up the wall and either attempt inverted push ups or hold for 21s, 15s, and 9s.
