Last night was the first time I've done any type of "real" squat with no cast or boot since January. HOLY MOLY are my legs sore!

Lesson learned: never underestimate the strength it takes to do even a simple air squat ;-)

Hey MU crew! I set up a little "deep dip" station (Apex style) under the small pullup rig. I found a great use for some dead 25# plates! Use the red bench to put your feet on so you can have your legs out in front of you, then do the dip and sit your bottom to the plates, then get yourself back UP! J Give it a try-- see what you think! It worked great for me the way it is set now, but may need to be tweaked based on your height etc, but we should be able to easily add or take away plates to make it work. Have fun!!
