I don't know what happened this morning but somehow I figured out how to cycle ttb. Like greasy fast ttb and they were easy. Perhaps this might help others but during prep before the wod, I did several toes to ring (cycled) then went right over to bar and just cranked out 8-10 ttb. To date, I've never even cycled 2 ttb. Good luck ladies. Finish strong for us tonight!

18:40. No vest/6#wb/15#kb. Did the scaled 1/2 reps and finished around 9:40 then did a second scaled round without the run.
