This camp is welcome to anyone. You do not have to be a CrossFitter or a member at Apex. This camp will reinforce skills taught in June’s camp but if you did not attend June's camp no need to worry. Topics covered in this camp will also include but not be limited to learning olympic lifting and moving unique loads quickly and efficiently. )

8 rds +3...45# BP, which I should have gone heavier on, but wanted to keep moving...85# DL, which was getting tough so I picked a good weight, but I am getting soooo close to doing things Rx.....Thanks Julie and Clayton!!!
