2/27/15- 15.1 & 15.1A

10 deadlifts
5 snatches
  (M 115 lb. /  F 75 lb.)
Workout 15.1a
1-rep-max clean and jerk
  6-minute time cap

Anyone that plans on doing 15.1 and 15.1a on Saturday should 

8 min EMOM
Odd: 5 ttb and 5 deadlifts 115#/75#
Even: 5 ttb and 3 snatches 115#/75#

Take as much time as needed to then
Find 1 rep max clean and jerk

15.1: I totally lost count. I put 4rds+5 on the board but it may have been 3rds+5. at 60#

15.1a: 110# c&j. That's a pr by 20#.

Scaled Div: 210reps (7rds) and 117#.
So far I'm a fan of having the scaled division - much happier working for 9min than just being frustrated.

Also, if anyone else is going scaled tomorrow it is ground to overhead not snatch only; cycling a fast c&j has major pros IMO.
