3/31/15- Hold On

This Saturday 4/4 is our Strength Workout.
Yokes, Stones, Tires, Oh MY!!

1 set =
1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

- Complete 6 sets
- Each set must be unbroken
- Score is highest weight achieved on unbroken set
- For athletes that have difficulty with hng sqt clean and sqt clean, they may power each movement followed by a front squat

- Stayed at 105# to work on no redipping

WOD: 145# (95-115-125-135-145-135)
- Lost my first attempt at 145# on the Jerk, made it on the 2nd attempt)

170lbs - I also used a belt for the first time and felt the improvement. Thanks Chris H for letting me try it.
